Shipping costs: Are calculated at checkout and are to be borne by the customer.
Return policy
Right of withdrawal: 14 days without giving reasons.
Return process: To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by e-mail or letter with a clear statement of your decision.
Return conditions: We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Returns must be clearly announced.
- The customer bears the shipping costs for the return shipment.
- We retain 50% of the value of the goods as a handling fee.
